FormaUbis is a company specializing in Exhibition & Museum Design, operating both in Italy and abroad. It is not merely a creative studio but a collaborative workgroup composed of professionals in design, architecture, graphics, multimedia, scientific coordination, museum education, and marketing, alongside specialized partners with numerous shared projects.

With over 30 years of experience, 44 cultural exhibitions, and a wide range of acquired skills, FormaUbis develops integrated projects that start from the conceptualization of the exhibition path, progress through the design of the setup and multimedia information system, and culminate in the drafting and complete coordination of the project up to its execution.

The operational methodologies developed by FormaUbis follow an approach centered on the artwork and its audience, balancing functionality and aesthetics, scientific rigor, and effective communication.

Stakeholders are enabled to actively participate and monitor every phase of the process. Curators and promoters contribute from the very beginning of the design process by navigating the virtual exhibition setup, positioning each individual artwork, and determining the layout of the communication apparatus. Through prototypes, material and color tests, and multimedia simulations, all aspects are collaboratively shared and verified. Finally, the installation phase is led by a structured project management team that schedules every workflow down to the hour.
